In 1999, Richard Goldman, Paul Magdalin and George Krikes established the “multi-service” law firm of Goldman, Magdalin and Krikes, LLP by opening two offices- Thousand Oaks and San Diego with 9 attorneys. The original philosophy of the firm was to provide premium legal services that offered exceptional value by tailoring cost effective solutions to fit the clients’ needs. GMK still follows that same philosophy.
