Mike Baxter is a lifelong resident of Mississippi and has been practicing law for 30 years. Mike has, through the years, successfully tried many jury trials to a final verdict. For example, he has tried numerous truck and vehicle related accident cases, products liability cases, premises liability cases, construction related cases and insurance coverage and bad faith cases to a jury verdict. Mike also has quite a few reported decisions.
